Things I Bought In April

Things I Bought In April

It feels good to be back! I am working on finding my groove with regular posts, while maintaining the joy I found while being off my computer and phone for the past four months. I am going to start posting projects around our house that we have done or are currently doing, favorite products by room and for the girls, and once a month I will post “things I bought” in the past month. Happy May - I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

Navy haircare shampoo and conditioner:

I started using this after having Maeve to help with all the crazy postpartum hair loss. I have been using cheaper stuff from Target, but going back to this tried and true.

Porter wine glass:

This is glass, but has a silicone cover and lid. AKA perfect for post dinner wind down walks with the fam.

Apple Watch band:

I just got an Apple Watch, I know, I know, very late to the game. Just got this band that I thought was cute for spring/summer.

Travel car seat:

We have this in the smaller, baby version and have traveled with it. We needed something bigger for Maeve for a flight we are taking in June. This brand is so affordable and the carseat is so lightweight! When we aren’t traveling, we use it in our second car.

Booster seat:

Maeve has this booster seat and we have loved it, so we bought a second for Marley.

Silicone placemats:

Because we always need extras of these! For meals, play doh, paint, etc.

The most perfect jean shorts:

I have one pair of these already and just ordered another for this summer. I think I wear them almost every day if I am not in leggings or pajamas. Really cute, but also like, I’m 30 and need a little butt coverage.

Button front tank:

Picked up this cutie on a Target run this other day. Haven’t worn it yet since it has been rainy and 50 degrees - YAY!

The perfect white tee:

I went to Lululemon last week as a reward for running a half marathon (anyone else do that?) and got this t-shirt. It is the perfect length and the fabric is so comfy. Cute for working out or with jeans!

Micro mini scooter:

We bought this for Maeve for her birthday based on some recommendations from friends. It is adorable and she loves it!

Door stoppers:

A very random addition to this list, but if you have a wild toddler that loves to slam doors and pouts when you try to push them back open, you need these. Sorry Marley.

Baby converse:

The best toddler shoes! I ordered some for Marley in the next size. They are easy to put on, the grip is good, and they are easy to wipe clean.
